For over 20 years, Lindsey has worked in nonprofit organizations, primarily in management roles. In September of 2014, she co-founded Grant-AID Consulting, LLC, to help nonprofits with solutions to the challenges associated with funding, mission-driven results, infrastructure, and strategic innovation for sustainability. The company provides services nationwide to both small and large organizations to help further community impact. While the company is a full-service operation, the top service sought after by clients is assistance with executing the development strategy, materials preparations to proposal development, prospect research, and campaigns. In March 2019, she successfully defended her doctoral work focused on the use of social media for nonprofit board decision-making and concluded her PhD studies in Management with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Change. She is looking forward to using her skills, knowledge, and expertise to help advance Houston Angels in achieving its mission and goals. |
