Chandra is a Certified Public Accountant, an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International, as well as an organizational management consultant, with a strong background in accounting, finance and leadership development. She is also a published author, public speaker, and very active with her church. Chandra is married to Army Veteran E.S. (Rudy) Livingston, Jr. and they have three wonderful children, Alysia, E.Steve and Mia.
Chandra loves supporting her community and has a long history working with nonprofit organizations, managing volunteer committees and advising board members. She recently provided leadership for a $4.3 million-dollar Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief program for a charter school system, and received recognition for her role in distributing disaster relief aid to over 1200 families across Houston. She feels so excited and fortunate to now have this opportunity to work with Houston Angels and support the Houston foster care community.
